Return Policy

At Exquisite Timepieces, it is our goal to ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase.To fulfil this promise, we offer a quick and easy return policy:

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer a hassle-free, 7-day (from the date the package was delivered to you) return & exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange your watch, we will do our best to accommodate your request quickly and easily. Any watch/item that has been worn, altered or damaged is NOT eligible for a refund. All return shipping labels are at the customer's responsibility and cost.

Our Easy Process:

Step #1: To initiate a return or exchange, simply email team@exquisitetimepieces.com and we will provide further instructions.

Step #2: After confirming your return/exchange with us via email, we will check your return eligibility, and if the return is authorized, we will send you instructions on how to proceed with shipping your package back to us.

Step #3: Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure there has been no damage or loss of value to the watch. See the terms and conditions below for full details.

Step #4: Once the inspection is complete and satisfactory, we will credit the full purchase amount back to original payment method in. This usually take 4-10 business days.

Terms & Conditions:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all stickers, hangtags, etc. intact.
  • A watch that is special ordered, is not eligible for the 7-day return policy.
  • To complete your return, we may require an original Exquisite Timepieces receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
  • Do not send your purchase back to Exquisite Timepieces prior to receiving a return authorization from our staff.
  • Any attempt to change the strap or bracelet could result in unintentional damage to the watch case that would make it ineligible for return.
  • Any previously incurred customs fees and/or taxes are non-refundable but can be petitioned through customs if so desired.
  • Returns must be initiated within the seven-day return period and shipped promptly thereafter; Exquisite Timepieces must receive the returned merchandise at our facility within seven days after a return label has been generated.
  • Any pre-owned watch may be returned provided the watch is in the exact same condition as it was sold and includes all the boxes, papers, books and accessories.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages during the return/exchange process.
  • All return shipping labels are at the customer's responsibility and cost.

Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The watch/item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including engraving, sizing or the removal of links, tags, etc).
  • The bracelet or strap has been used, worn, sized, or altered from its original condition in any way.
  • The watch/item is a unique custom order (1 of 1 pieces).
  • We detect any paperwork, such as the manual or warranty, is missing from your return.
  • We detect it is missing any of the supplied accessories.
  • The watch/item was shipped outside of the US.
