Since 1993 Omega has continuously been working on the development and advancement of the Seamaster Diver Professional 300m collection. Nowadays Omega has preserved the well-known ocean heritage and boosted the collection with an innovative design and modern look that fits the style of even the ones with the most sophisticated and delicate taste.
Today we are looking at Seamaster Diver 210.62.44.51.01.001 chronograph model which has a diameter of 44mm and it is made of Sedna gold 18K with bezel ring crafted from black ceramic that is laser-ablated and includes a diving scale that is polished. The dial together with the pushers is also well designed in black polished ceramic that gives a minimalist, simple but modern look of this watch. There are waves as a pattern that is laser-engraved that give depth to the look of the dial. In addition, the date window is positioned at 6.

Technical Data
The watch features a case that is made of Sedna Gold and the case diameter is 44 mm in black ceramic with rose nuance. There is a domed sapphire crystal that is scratch-resistant and treated for anti-reflection on all sides. The lug to lug spacing is 21 mm and the watch is water-resistant up to 30 bars or 300 meters. The rose case as mentioned is crafted in brushed Sedna 18K gold and the beveled corners are polished too. The polishing applies to the crowns as well, which are also made of Sedna gold.
The gold integrated into this timepiece contains a high percentage of copper that actually gives this reddish look to the gold along with a percent of non-reactive noble metals, as for example platinum which preserves the look and prevents color fading overtime period.
The modern sophisticated and elegant look is complemented by the Chrono buttons designed in black ceramic. Positioned at 10 o’clock there is a helium release valve that enables functionality for divers when in water for prolonged time periods.
On the bezel made of matte back Sedna 18K gold, there is a laser-ablated diving scale that can be easily read and it is legible as it is raised and polished and in addition at the point of the start there is a luminous dot. The bezel is with uni-directional rotating and screw-in crown.
Movement
This Omega with reference 210.62.44.51.01.001 has an Omega 9901 Calibre. This understands a chronograph that is self-winding and features a CoAxial escapement and a column wheel. This also means that the calibre operates at 25,200 vph with 54 jewels integrated in the movement.METAS tested and approved, and certified the movement as a Master Chronometer which has magnetic fields resistance up to 15,000 gausses. The movement contains a balance spring made of silicon and two barrels. In addition, the timepiece features a function for the time zones. The other functions that can be seen on the watch are minute and hour hands, chronograph and hands for small seconds and recorders for 60 minutes and 12 hours. The rotor is made of Sedna™ gold and a balance bridge that is designed in Arabesque Geneva waves. The power reserve for the timepiece is an incredible 60 hours that is thanks to the twin barrels integrated into series.
Straps and Bracelets
It is a light watch to wear on your wrist and comes with a black rubber strap that in addition can be replaced with up to 45 straps in case you want to experiment and try out different combinations that correspond to your style.
The strap is soft and nicely pliant with double striation. Although made of vulcanized rubber its elegance is achieved with the matte finish and beautifully designed waves on the underside that perfectly match the arabesque styled case.
