MeisterSinger BM9901G №03 38mm - White
As the sister of the original MeisterSinger №01, the №03 also features all the design details that still characterize the entire collection today: The functional typography with its continuous double-digit hour numerals from 01 to 12, the circumferential line structure, and the fine, needle-shaped hour hand. A watch cannot be designed more clearly, simply, and discreetly than that. In this version, it has a glossy white dial with gold hour markers and blue and black contrasting indices.
The stainless steel case is 38 mm in diameter, water-resistant up to 5 bar, and fitted with a domed sapphire glass over the dial. The movement can be easily viewed through the sixfold screwed glass exhibition back as it performs its high-precision task.
The main difference between the №03 and the №01 is its automatic movement. The watch has long since become an icon of time measurement and proves that good things never go out of fashion. The №03 has won the Good Design Award for its overall design concept. In addition to the forceful 43-mm variant, available in this 38-mm case to suit a more slender arm.
The Swiss Sellita SW300 automatic movement, which is specially modified for MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches, quietly ticks inside the №03. The rotor provides the watch with a power reserve of 42 hours.
Each line in the outer circle of MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches stands for exactly 5 minutes. The hand is therefore both an hour hand and a minute hand. For example, if the hand points to the fifth stroke after ten, the time is 10:25.
The line hierarchy typical of MeisterSinger single-hand watches additionally divides the time display into half and quarter hours, thus making it easier to read off the time accurately.
