This mechanical men’s watch with automatic winding appears in a 42-mm stainless steel case and reveals its inner beauty by presenting the duplex swan-neck fine adjustment on the dial side. The PanoMaticInverse comes with a choice of a dark blue Louisiana alligator leather strap, a blue synthetic fabric strap, or a stainless steel bracelet with fine adjustment mechanism.
The beating heart of this exceptional timepiece is revealed on the top side, which has the characteristic asymmetric dial layout of our Pano line. To achieve this, various components were re-designed; numerous components normally only visible through the sapphire crystal case back were also positioned in inverse order. In addition to the display of hour, minute and second, this elegant men’s watch is fitted with Glashütte Original’s signature Panorama Date.
Glashütte Original’s characteristic Panorama Date is based on two concentrically arranged display discs, which are mounted on the same plane. This makes it possible to read the two date numerals at a glance, without the need for a central separation bar. Along with the dials, Glashütte Original also makes the small, razor-thin date display discs in-house.
The elaborate decorative finishes on this timepiece are easily recognised at first glance: the three-quarter place with the typical Glashütte stripe finish, beveled edges, precise perlage on the base plate, polished and blued screws as well as the innovative duplex swan-neck fine adjustment. The latter is mounted on a skillfully hand-engraved balance bridge – also known as a butterfly bridge. The screw balance found beneath it offers a fascinating view of the manufactory’s automatic movement Calibre 91-02.
