The Omega Seamaster Diver 300m Coaxial Chronograph ENTZ is a large, distinctively styled titanium watch measuring 16cm in circumference. From the unique two-tone strap to the all-titanium dial, this timepiece is truly unique.
Design
The Omega Seamaster Diver 300m Coaxial Chronograph ENTZ with reference number 212.92.44.50.99.001 is 44mm across the round of the case. It has a crown, crown guards, and helium valve chronograph pushers. Despite the size, it is relatively light thanks to the titanium and the supple, natural rubber strap.
This timepiece is 17 mm thick from the very top to the sapphire crystal commemorative case back. It measures 52mm from lug to lug.
The strap is beautiful, and includes a stunning piece of imagery designed to evoke the Emirates Team New Zealand carbon fiber and advanced sail composites challenger. The commemorative case back has a beautiful clasp with a nice finish of contrasting satin and high polished elements. It has a twin trigger release, so this large sports watch needs positive interaction to open, meaning it will not pop open with friction alone.
This timepiece is beautifully integrated as the strap leads you back to a unique ceramic bezel. The case is offered with matte or satin finished titanium with ablated highlights along with the bezel.
This timepiece is water-resistant up to 300 meters. It has a helium escape valve, characteristic of the 300-meter watch family. The bezel has unidirectional rotation, so it meets the ISO standard for a dive, and it has a luminescent pearl that can be seen in low or no light. This watch is a beautiful combination of grey scales from black to white, which is easily seen on the ceramic bezel. The use sapphire crystal ensures that this watch will age well, as sapphire crystal is highly scratch resistant.
Dial
Moving inboard, there are gorgeous step-down chapter rings outboard of the central dial, and the titanium dial itself is also unique. The watch uses red elements everywhere, from the chronograph pushers to the actual indications of the chronograph hours, minutes, and seconds on the dial. There is also a unique regatta timer function that registers at 3 o'clock.
Movement
This timepiece offers the Omega caliber 3330, which boasts a 52-hour power reserve. The free-sprung, column-wheel conversion of a value 7750 converts to use the column wheel, function selector, and a coaxial escapement. It features Omega's SI 14, a nearly magnetic silicon hairspring, so the watch has robust resistance to magnetism in addition to its 300-meter water resistance. Being a Swiss chronometer, it has notable refinements that help you precisely set the time. It also comes with a quick set, so should the watch run down, you can rapidly correct the date at 6 o'clock.
