Exquisite Timepieces Return Policy

Exquisite Timepieces will accept exchanges only for 100% credit towards a future purchase unless the watch is a special order or if the watch as been worn. Exchanges only.

Exchanges are not permitted, and will be refused, if the timepiece has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including engraving, sizing or the removal of links, tags, etc).

Special order and custom order items, and deposits for special orders, are not returnable and are not refundable under any circumstances.

A return authorization from Exquisite Timepieces is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return authorizations must be requested within 3 days of the date of delivery and must include a Return Authorization Number. Any return not having a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

To properly return an item to Exquisite Timepieces, please do the following:

1. Notify Exquisite Timepieces of your intent to exchange your item by calling 1-800-595-5330. You will then be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.

2. Pack up your item for return including the original watch box and all paperwork (including certificates, and/or watch papers. There is a $250 replacement fee for lost or damaged watch papers).

3. Insure the package for the full selling price (minus taxes and shipping charges). Please check with your selected mail carrier ahead of time to make sure that they will allow you to insure your shipment for the full value. If you do not insure the item for the full selling price, Exquisite Timepieces will not accept the shipment.

We are not required to collect Florida sales tax on watches that are shipped out of the state of Florida, however you should inquire with your local and or controlling taxing authority to determine you local tax consequence.
